Shane specialises in the treatment of physical effects of long term stress, exhaustion, lack of energy,
sleeping difficulties, sustained workload, maintaining active and healthy sports/recreational activities,
postural alignment, repetitive strains, accidents or injury. Areas of specialty include -stress relief,
relaxation, sports recovery, headaches/migraines, lower back pain/sciatica, upper back/neck & shoulder tension,

and recurring aches and pains.
He has worked a total of 9 years in the health industry treating the body holistically. Shane incorporates
an understanding of how the nervous system interacts with the body and mind enabling him to address the cause(s)
behind recurring symptoms.
This approach seeks to understand how and why changes have occurred in muscle tissue, posture and biomechanics.
An individualised treatment plan is then given to help restore balance and function aimed at preventing a recurrence of your symptoms.
